GT86 worn synchro solution

Hello,

60,000 miles in my 2nd and to a lesser extent 3rd gear synchros are a bit clunky and don’t appreciate being rushed.

What’s the option tree look like for this? Doubtless there is a GT86 specialist out there rather than take it to a random gearbox place,

Any tips gladly received.
