Hi, I’m wanting to replace the oem stereo. I have the lead(doesn’t fit, the pins are the wrong way around on the connector that connects from the cars original to the wiring harness) need a harness that goes to a 16 pin connector for the new stereo) plus I have the facia adapter, is there any tutorials on how to fit the facia adapter? I’m having trouble installing the new brackets that go on the old stereo and AC bracket. Any help would be appreciated

I did this on my Altezza a few weeks ago when I pulled out a Japanese head unit. If you're lucky, you'll just need an adapter like this:

Only problem with that cable is it doesn’t fit my head unit, my head unit only has 1 16 pin connector on it

Did you get a harness with the head unit? Might current setup is:
Factory Toyota plugs > eBay harness adapter to ISO > Pioneer adapter from ISO to head unit.

It is a bit of a rats nest as there isn't too much room behind the head unit but it works a treat
