Shiny shiny

Spotted a bit earlier in a quiet Norfolk town, Skyline of some kind (I'm not up to speed on JDM cars) with what I can only describe as electric blue chrome paint. Highly reflective, just like a mirror, really vivid colour. Absolutely stunning. I have never seen anything like that, I have no idea what that paint finish is even called. Can anyone enlighten me?

Thanks for replies, not something I've come across before. I'm more a shed kind of guy. It was quite a remarkable sight in a town where half the locals drive grey Insignia diesels.
