Lexus Advanced Park and remote preheat/cool

Any Lexus owners on here? Considering an NX450H+, and one concession to my wife feeling it's a bit bigger than she'd like would be to get the Advance Park feature to let it park and extricate itself from tight spaces. I'm also interested in the remote preheating or precooling options for very cold/hot days.

Here in NL they're both options on the mid spec models. and included in the top spec, but we're considering a right hand drive and I can't see any mention of them on the UK configuration site. Anyone got either of them on a UK spec car?
