200sx tuning parts, body and engine. fibreglass

Hi I'm after the following:

2 Fibreglass front wings.

Fibreglass/carbon Bonnet.

Slightly beefier side skirts.

Slightly chunkier front and rear bumper.

Slightly larger rear spoiler.

Any advice on engine tuning.

Where is the best place to go in Uk, for sensible prices, but good quality.

The car I'm doing is an S14A touring.

Ive always used Apex and found them to be excellent to deal with.

Also try asking on the SXOC lots of knowledgable people on there.
