So.. the RX7 Cab is a bit floppy with a bit more power, its now got a Power FC and is running 240bhp and 265ft/lbs.. but the chassis is like soggy blamonche!

So, I have managed to get this..

Amazingly its lacking rust, the plan is to strip it, seam weld it.. cage it and put the engine and gearbox from the rx7-cab into it.. then get a good 400bhp

The aim is 400bhp per ton. yikes

Did i mention its going to be painted BMW Avus blue hehe

Good project Charlie!
We're actually giving up on our FC, have had a horror run with engines so Russell wants to sell it and start again with a FD and a different engine builder.

One problem with sharing a car (well Russell actually pays the bills) is different opinions. He wants to combine bling and performance, if it was up to me I'd put a 400BHP FD engine into a 1st Gen body, now THAT would really fly!!

Should be a buddy screamer!

Thought that was an Audi colour... not sure if it will suit the Big Rex unless you give it a nice race livery kind of look though.

I await the proof that I am wrong.

Have fun!

Good, good - I could do with something for late night thuggery in deserted Industrial Estates... ASBO worthy, I'm sure, but at least I'm a good boy in public.

I may be on the beg!

Keep us up to date on the build.

Let me know as they are dirt cheap ATM. PTE are doing 67P DBB's which is basically a T04Z but almost half the cost

If you have the full specs I can certainly get it. Is it a stock Garrett or something else.

That doesnt sound like a stock Garrett, they would normally be the frame size ( GT30) followed by the compressor exducer size ( say 71mm) so GT3071.

I will do some looking. What flange is it? T3? internal WG or not?
