Land of Rising losers eh???

At least the Skyline owner can do that all day and know his car will get him home again

The last PH meet I went to, the only TVR owner who turned up had to get us "losers" to go and give him a bump start cod his car had cut out about a mile away.

But I suppose straight line speed is what its all about rolleyes

I never realised that 'uprated' AP brakes on a wedge actually stood for Austin Princess! The old parts list looks like a Scrapheap Challenge hehe <--- note smilie being used to show humour...

Damn it, I was hoping you wouldn't see this.

It was indeed your griff, and I must admit, I loved every second I was behind the wheel of it yes

glad you enjoyed it mate... , have to add my thoughts on tvr reliability and say that since we've had the engine re-built, new clutch, upgraded the suspension and brakes and pads had the diff refurbished, new altinator, new starter motor, new H T leads and had the cooling system completely overhauld that the griff has been completely reliable (thank fcuk yes) and next time we meet you are more than welcome to have another go in her.......thumbup don't really want to say to much about the wedge boys because this afternoon i put down a deposit on a 350i mind you the engine has been replaced with a 4.6 litre lump,i just hope its as reliable as the griff...hehe take it easy turbo-tastic see you soon byebye

I should hope so yikes

It was a good laugh even though we only got up to 25mph tops, but just the noise from it was enough to make me chuckle hehe

Good luck with the new car :thumbp:
