New car - Rice rocket!

Just put a deposit down on this, pick it up in a couple of weeks






It's a 1995 Celica GT Four ST205, sadly not the WRC. It's got the optional WRC rear spoiler, 17" OZ Chrono wheels and the Recaro interior. It's pretty much as near to mint as you can get on a 12 year old car.

The owner also gave me a lift in his Evo VI RSX, running 450bhp with anti-lag and launch control...it's a beast!

does that extra hole in the bonnet (cam-belt cooler or something iirc) mean its the Carlos Sainz edition?

Haven't they all got that hole? My mates imports got it but his isn't a special edition

Wrong shape mate, Carlos Sainz editions are the previous shape, like this:-

Ahh gotcha was thinking the Sainz edition was an ST205 for some reason. Maybe I'll just stick to knowing about Subarus in future.

I remember the previous owner of that car. He went from an evo (5 or 6 I think?) bought that gt4, instantly on the oc asking how much boost he can run, how he can get 400bhp, found out it wasn't gonna happen so stuck the car up for sale then bought another evo

Nah mate, when they are clean some cars look great in White.

There are only 2 things i really hate:

Have to say I always fancied a Celica but have never made my mind up completely about one. The pictures here have helped. think my next project is gonna be a Celica as this is a beautiful example!

I've always wanted a white ST205 - I see you've got the mudflaps too! :P
There were some limited edition unused wheels on ebay recently that were made for something like that - would look ace.

Yup, viewed a red ST205 last year on behalf of someone, had the Recaro seats in, was mint and went for about £4500!!! We were tempted to buy the car, nswap seats and punt the car on
