Non (e) marked tyres on imports

Hi all,

So what's the legal stance on these then? I've got some yokos on my teg that have plenty of tread left, but are missing the 'e' mark on them. Am i right in thinking they're not road legal over here? And would using them on the road invalidate my insurance?

I know lots of people running jap tyres Andy, no one has ever noticed

The only problem I ever had was getting it through ESVA - if you are through or it is not needed, I have never known of a problem.
