RX7 Battery options?

Hi all,

I've got a 94 RX7 Efini which came with an Eneos Victory battery.
that battery is now dead and I'm about to go out and get another one.
My only concern is that the battery has an odd connector and I don't want to buy one that doesn't fit.
Can any other RX7 owners let me know what they are using? Will a performance battery from Halfords do?

I think a regular battery from Halfrauds would be fine. Just pick the right one.

Or you could turn it upside down, slide the plastic flap back, and put in 2 fresh new AA batteries... (Or is that just my RX7?)

any battery will do really, just make sure you get;
a) the right terminal type
b) one that fits the space allocated
