Came across this on Streetfire - 1200bhp Supra v's Lambo LP640.

There's a pointless video.

1200bhp Supra vs 1200bhp LP640 would be more interesting...

I was merely impressed at the speed with which the Supra left it.

I guessed as much. It just reminds me of the arguments you see on YouTube And Ferret about how a 800bhp Supra would "pwn" (spastics, the lot of them) a completely standard [insert desired Italian car of choice]. The argument goes on for pages.

Yep, a single turbo Supra isn't going to be as drivable as the modern supercar. (I speak from experience.)

??

If the parts have been selected properly & the car tuned correctly they can drive every bit as well as a modern supercar.

Like a clutch that is no heavier than one on a family saloon? A delivery of power from 2000rpm?

I assume he means pulls from 2000rpm. An incorrectly selected/setup single can be flat as a pancake unil 4000rpm

Yes, sorry, exactly what I meant.

Anyway, my old R32 was undrivable by my sister as she could not depress the clutch let alone drive off. It involved a lot of swearing and going red in the face plus looking like she was trying to push my car with the handbrake on. hehe Apparently the Murcielago is as easy to drive as a Passat.

It was not enjoyable to drive in rush hour traffic, but I never give in so I did.
