Any suggestions for repairing decals?

One of the side swooshes of my rally decals has just started to lift on my WRX 300 and I don't want water to start getting in and causing the whole thing to come away. I don't particularly want to use anything too strong to reattach the offending area so that when they need redoing it's impossible to get them off either.

Save yourself a lot of hassle and the possibility of your repair looking crap by going onto Ebay and just buying some new ones. They are cheap enough!!
