well lets put i this way, for somewhere that is supposed to be a subaru specialist, they managed to send me the wrong droplinks for my car on 2 occasions, once i could perhaps understand but twice is ridiculous.

they quote you one figure and charge you something completely dfifferent, i was quoted 220 for an up-pipe and it ended up costing 50% more than that at330 quid apparantly because the astuds from the downpipe to turbo were gas axed off, how a few studs that are no more than a couple of quid can end up costing that much extra i dont know, and i wasnt asked before they carried out the work.

i know of someone who is still waiting for some sort of customer service following a bunch of lies about a spare key for a car that they purchased from there for the princley sum of 19k.

it's basically a bunch of people in a cow shed, i aint joking, that think they know best for these cars, i'm not so sure from what ive seen.

W reg only 36000 miles..... I am on 62k and my one is on a 04 plate!

Scoobyclinic should be ok, but like many places some people are unhappy with there service because there car ended up costing a few quid more..

I guess you are right. Its the same for me with having a TVR. You always get someone who isnt happy with a particular garage. Regarding Scoobyclinic, most comments have been positive and its booked in, so fingers crossed.

Cheers.
