350Z : Suspension advice please !!

Hi PHers.
A quick question or two regarding potential suspension upgrades for the 350Z :-

1. Firstly, what is the maximum drop in ride height that can be considered?

1. Secondly, any advice on what components work best? A lot of tuned Zeds have adjustable spring/damper combos. Brands that seem to appear regularly are TEIN, BILSTEIN and OHLINS.

Any views on what's best for Value or Performance gratefully received!!

i fitted some KW variant3 coilovers and they seemed to work great .
even on the car making 600+ bhp.
You could do alot worse

Tein are very good to it all depends on your spend threshold .
