Nissan 100nx fuel economy

My nx has recently been guzzling gas. I now get about 50-60 miles from a tenner when I should be getting 40mpg. I do a mixture of shorter and long runs but nothing really stop start. commuting is usually 20 mins max. Car runs fine aswell.

Has anyone else had this problem or can advise of any ideas on the problem

lambda sensor
afm (air flow meter)
