If I am not mistake, Nissan decided not to call it a Skyline. Just a GT-R.

On Banzai or Japanese Performance there was an article for the GT-R and it mentioned how to get a new one in the UK. But I don't think an actual UK spec is yet down here. Could be mistaken though.
