Shipping a car TO Japan...

I know people usually bring cars in from Japan but we are investigating the possibility of taking one the other way!
My wife has just been offered a job in Tokyo for 3 years, and due to the finance deal that we did to get the Z, we are going to get completely bent over if we hand the car back now. Therefore, we are thinking about taking it with us! We gather that there is no import duty to pay to get it in to Japan, providing it is part of your personal effects.
Anyone on here have any experiences of shipping companies that I can ask some questions of - which are good or bad etc,
