Different forums may appeal depending on what level of technical expertise you're looking for or how special your Impreza is. Just off the top of my head:

www.type-ra.co.uk for rarer, faster stuff like Type RA, R, Spec-C etc.

bbs.22b.com probably has highest level of technical knowledge and accurate info.

scoobynet has some good stuff along with a large number of complete idiots.
