Replacing disks and pads on Lexus RX?

Random question - need to replace the disks and pads on my 2004/5 RX300. I am pretty confident when replacing disks and pads (done several cars in the past), but just wanted to check if anyone has any knowledge of this?

Is there anything to look out for or is it pretty straightforward and hence any reasonable spanner-idiot could do it?
