Tyres may need balancing, could have an egg in the sidewall or tread, or you might have a very slightly buckled wheel, and equally it might be worth taking the wheels off and refitting them making sure all the wheel nuts are tightened in the right order and torqued correctly.
Badly warped brake rotors at speed could also could give a vibration if it's all definately coming from the front. A wheel nut could be loose or missing and that would cause vibraton from a wheel being unbalanced or the wheel flexing at speed.
In other words....check the wheels
