help required with heating on my sti

Hi all
Im new here and wondered if anyone could help me ??? I have a scooby sti pro drive and for some reason the heater has stopped pumping out, it just seems to dribble is this a common fault and has anyone any ideas how I can get it to work again plsssss

check the condition and security of the pipes on the heater matrix, that would be where I'd start anyway

ive checked the heater matrix all seems to be ok, it would seem their is a switch for the fan that I cannot locate I think this is the issue as the fan is not working.arrrr
