hi people,
i am looking to buy something japanese but the only place i can seem to find any is on pistonheads own classifieds but some of the cars seem to be a little high priced and way to high mileage. i am also looking at buying an ae86 but there are only a few on here and they are all fully modified wheread i am looking a standard model so i can make it my own. So does anyone know of any places where i can buy japanese cars.
thanks

Try looking on owners forums, and ebay, and autotrader.

Good luck trying to find an unmolested AE86! Like trying to find a standard S14, the standard ones are drying up.

Would recommend Private Imports - email david@privateimports.co.uk and tell him you were speaking to Tino.

On the AE86, if you want a low mileage, original, good condition one, you will have to be prepared to pay good money for it.

For example:

Lovely cars, there's a very clean white one I often see in Milton Keynes, would love it to go with my AW11. Unfortunately they are too expensive for me, the prices you're finding are realistic.

If I remember from some of your other threads you're quite young, insurance might be as unaffordable as the purchase cost as they are all imports. Good to see you're not lusting after some chav wagon though. thumbup
