The deal he wants is a straight swap for my car..

Mine is a '51' BMW 325Ci Convertible, 80k on the clock worth around £7000 I'd say..

No wonder, your car is much better!

For that sort of money you can pick yourself up a very nice, clean and relatively unmolested WRX or STi that will return similar mpg if driven sensibly, and with minor mods will give you lots of bang per buck.

The seller of that GX is on a different planet to the rest of us and is having a feckin laarfff!!! Please keep your bimmer or find yourself a proper car, and don't waste your money on that POS!!
