keep the MR2 as it is. If you convert it to look like a 355, you will officially be in inbred, animal shagging, freak of nature. The MR2 is a fine car as is.

I like MR2's and I love 355's, they are not the same.

Keep your MR2 as is and enjoy it, a fake Ferrari is not a good thing.

you think a mr2 looks better than a f355?

its not about wantin it to be a ferrari, ferraris are unreliable, uneconomical, and to expensive to fix. an they cost more than i would earn in a year. its having the reliability and cheapness of a jap car that looks as good as a car people pay 40k for. and also my insurance almost halves if i turn it into a kit car.
mr2 f355 replicas are illegal to have in italia because "ferrari" are worried they will loose all there business because of the price difference an the fact they look pretty much as good. not the same but still as good. and if i get bored of it they go for up to 15k if there done well

Just don't do it. Expunge any thoughts from your mind. If you do get these thoughts again, place head in microwave, and put it on for a few minutes. The thoughts will dissipate.

It they are banned in Italy it will be because they look s###e.

Seriously, keep your car as it is, there's nothing wrong with an MR2. People won't be pointing at you because it looks good.

MR2's are great cars, but they are MR2's not Ferrari's.

I have been a member of IMOC for years & have seen many lookalikes, but only one or two ever end up being done well enough for it to be worth it. I would never do it to mine, but each to their own. If you want to do it look for a really good one for sale that has already been done, or that just needs finishing. It will take an enormous ammount of money to do right, & you will never recoup it through selling it on. You will be able to pick up one already done for a fraction of what it cost the owner to build.

One tip if you decide to do it. Keep it as a tribute to Ferrari, rather than a replica. You can just about get away with it if you don't plaster Ferrari badges &bits all over it.

some one could of just said £7995. and that dont include the interior. they sell for £15k cos they cost over £10k and a month to build. ok. does anyone know how much the trd bodykits are. and i need to find a way to make it look good without a spoiler. i love nice lookin sports cars without spoilers.

Join IMOC mate, it's free & you will pick up loads of info. Last time I looked TRD kits were over £3k. There are some spoiler-less examples on there to. In fact in the last couple of years quite a few TRD copies have been build, so info is plentyfull on there.

Dont Ferrari kit it, if you must body kit a car that looks good in its own right, put a TRD widebody kit on it

i love the look of mr2s but you see them everywere. they used to stand out more but people are too used to seeing them. and the new ones are horrible. i want to customize it so the back is more square but a little less plain without the spoiler. front is pretty much spot on though.

If you want a kit do it tastefully. Admittedly this is mine (for sale too!), but it looks how a MR2 should!!

that looks pretty perfect actually mate. the big scoops on the sides are mainly what i like about the f355. is that a turbo, an can you drift it? real tricky, lol.
