as they are the only ones yet with sat nav - but is the saving worth it to forego the nissan warranty?

No warranty? - not true. Litchfield now have all the official Nissan kit to service GTRs which keeps the warranty valid.

Would imagine the sat nav could easily be sorted. After all, it's only the software that will be in Japanese - and there will be an english version for America.

Yup, zero point now that UK cars are on the secondhand market.

Don't know of anyone who has got Euro maps to work on an import. That's why there haven't been any Euro sat nav cars released yet, the maps weren't ready! (Unbelievable, but true).

Sat nav cars come out next month and there are bound to be some cancelled orders, so start calling around some Nissan HPCs (GT-R dealers).

Middlehurst Motorsport in St Helens are a good place to start as they've sold the most. (I got my April 09 car from them)

Try Marshalls Nissan, Cambridge. Sold a lot of GT-Rs and have huge bookings. So you might find something there as well.
