Not sure where to stick this so hope this is cool:

I've got a s15 200sx. Whenever I let go of the steering wheel my car veers quite a lot towards the left and I checked the tyres and they are very worn on the very inner edge (like the tread has gone on one wheel until about in inch in). I swapped the left fronts for the rights and vica versa and it felt straight again so obviously it's the tyres themselves causing the veer.

I've had it aligned but they couldn't adjust the camber so wondering if this was causing the tyre wear. Here's the before and after:

before:
LF RF
Camber = -1.02 Camber = -1.46
Caster = 5.25 Caster = 6.41
Toe = -0.01 Toe = 0.17

after:
LF RF
Camber = -0.55 Camber = -1.43
Caster = 5.25 Caster = 6.41
Toe = 0.03 Toe = 0.03

Basically, I don't want to get new tyres if the suspension caused the dodgy wear in the first place so I'm just wondering if the current settings are enough to cause the tyres to wear unevenly again if I did.

Any help appreciated
Cheers

The best advice i can give you is put a post up on the wheels in motion forum FAO Tony and see what he says. Hes a legend with geometry and will almost certainly be able to provide you with some ideas. He is not too far away from you also if you want to take it along.
