Registuring an import

I have a mitsubishi evo 8 that is a straight car , i bought a shell from japan as a part , i have used parts of salvaged cars and built up on the shell , i have no logbook , no pink slips nothing but a car and keys , how am i ment to go about registuring the car ?

P.s I cant go back to the original owner of the shell , as i bought it in 04 and it is an 03 shell ..

Be greatfull for some advice about registuring as dont have a number plate or nothing .

Without the original certificate of de-registration (and translation), along with the customs forms (C286 or 9 off the top of my head); youre really going to struggle to register it. Id expect a 'Q' if I were you.
