HELP!! legacy B4 turbo problem

hey guys!! i bort a automatic 2000 Suabaru Legacy B4 RSK from Japan 6 days ago..... for the past 5 and a half days its been AWESOME!! hasnt missed a beat! i havnt ragged it by any means and im running it on he highest RON i can find (i know they are configured for 104RON in Japan, and all i can get is 100) so iv babyd it cuz i know they like to detinate under high stress with low octane fuel, iv been giving it lots of time to "cool" with the turbo timer after driving!
im sure you are aware it has sequential turbos that from my testing kicks in at about 2500rpm and 5000rpm on the test drive the turbos worked SWEET! especially the bigger one at 5000 really threw you back. i went to overtake a vehicle on my way home today and thort ill give it some beans, at 5000 revs when i was expecting a punch in the face as it boosted up, nothing really happend there was a slight boost in speed but NOTHING like it has been! i got home and let the engine chill out for a while and took it out again and its still weak!
the first turbo works great, but this other one is really twisting my mellon! ANY IDEAS WAT IT COULD BE?? any help would really be apreciated!!
