Help with Toyota wheels

My boss has a very non PH Toyota HiAce Camper Van. It is a Japanese import and is fitted with Chrome bling 18" wheels. He lives in north Yorkshire and bling wheels and low profile tyres are not what he needs. Anyone know where we can source some 16" more appropriate ones, steels would be fine.

Fittings 5 x 114.3 16" but the problem is they require a centre diameter of 67mm where most compatible wheels are only 60mm.
