Help ! MR2 mk2 central locking problem

I need some help . The cental locking on my wifes MR2 has locked the door and I cannot open it from outside or in . If I could open the door I would strip it down and throw it away but with the door closed I cannot remove the door card .Does anyone with toyota knowledge know what I can do ? I had this with my MR2 mk2 recently. Couldn't get in at all, and tried both keys. It turned out that the battery in both ignition key's was flat. Got toyota's to fit a new battery in both keys. Problem solved.
