The ABS light is on permanently of the dash (Subaru Impretza Classic 2000) is this gonna bleed me dry, is ABS expensive to fix on Scoobies? Advice much appreciated.
Could be anything from a dirty sensor to the ABS control box being shot. Best thing is to get the wheels off and check the discs, pads, abs sensors etc... to see if there is something obvious.
Worse case scenario.....An ABS ECU won't be more than £50 2nd hand if that's what gone down, and sensors will be cheap as chips, again 2nd hand. Both easy to replace. Try Grade A Subaru.
