classic impreza front wing dent, smart repairable?

hi, an idiot "mate" of mine last night put a dent in the front wing of my rb5 last night by pressing down on the wing and "testing the suspension??!!!??"

the dent is on the top edge of the wing where it goes from horizontalish to verticalish. does anyone know if a smart dent repair type would be able to pop it back out or will the wing have to come off?

god i hate people who have to keep touching cars.

any help wuld be appeciated. thanks.

a good paintless dent removal guy could proabbly get it out, a bad one will make it look worse! any pics?
