Quick question - how heavy is the clutch operation on 350Z's from 2006 onwards (after the 06 facelift). How is it in heavy traffic? Do u end up pining for an auto - or is it actually fine?

Don't have an up-rev zed but have an earlier model. Nothing wrong with the clutch in traffic tbh - you shouldn't get a wooden leg after sitting in a few traffic jams. It'll start feeling REALLY heavy when its time to change it though.

Clutches can go at any time on zeds, although they tend to be strong. Mine went at a lowly 29k miles (never driven hard), but some have replaced theirs at 60k miles. Cost to replace with fitting and new flywheel would be in the region of £900 for the whole lot inc labour.

Fantastic cars and such a huge amount for your money. Head on over to 350z-uk.com and say hi. smile

Perfectly weighted IMO. Mine's currently on 49k and feels fine.
