Opinions / Reviews on Wheels
Discussion
I am soon to be buying a new set of wheels for my 2002 Toyota Celica T Sport and have limited it down to a choice of 3. I was wondering if anyone has any thoughts on the following or can recommend similar wheels. As you can see I am after multi spoke with a polished lip. (18x8, 5x100, et35 or close to it)
Diamond Raptor...

Dotz Mugello...

TSW Snetterton...

If anyone has any other recommendations, or photos of similar wheels on celica / jap coupe, would be appreciated.

Out of those three, the TSW's get my vote...
Only worry on the TSWs is that if you google it, it shown with a nice wide lip however on the 18s which are 8 inch wide, i think the lip is a lot smaller (and smaller than the dotz and diamonds) but i do like the fact that the TSWs are not pretending to be a 2 piece wheelAt the risk of a) getting flamed and b) telling you what you don't want to hear. Fitting 18s to a celica will adversely affect the handling.
The only point in fitting bigger wheels - other than purely a fashion statement - is if you need to them to clear bigger discs. Bigger wheels are heavier and the worst thing you can do to a car is increase unsprung weight.
If you must go down the 18s route, pick the lightest you can afford and ideally some that are at least no heavier than those the suspension was designed to operate with.
