Haven't had any quotes yet on a PPP WRX but what impact should I expect on the premium?

I think about 50-70 pounds (I did ask when I insured mine a few years back with Elephant)... most insurers recognise the PPP, and it shows up on those price comparison sites. On a WRX its just an exhaust (about 30 on my policy) and a remap.

They are a great car - enjoy smile

I found insurance trickier than I thought on mine (MY05 WRX PPP). Most insurance companies don't have PPP on their system - some had a WRX 265PS, but no company could tell me if this was the PPP car or not (it probably was but nobody could give concrete information). Instead I insured mine as a standard WRX but with declared modifications of ECU chip/remap, exhaust and intake filter. Surprisingly the increase was similar to that said above. Mine was through Elephant as they have always been cheapest for me.

Elephant have it under 'WRX FREE PPP'. I think is because at some point subaru was doing the PPP as a free option or something. I had my WRX insured with Elephant as one with the PPP.
