can i insure my brother on my impreza for 3 weeks hes 22 4 years no claims 3 points anybody know of a company that can do this

Surely you can add him to yours?

If you're not using your car currently there are companies which will do short term cover up to 28 days

Yeah just adding him as a named driver on your policy for the period required is the easiest way. If your current insurer won't do it only then look for a different broker.
