Hi guys.

I have an Isuzu Trooper 3.0 td model 1999 V reg, that has all the engine mods, injector mods done, with FSH (26 stamps to be exact) from Isuzu from new. Done 83k and its Immaculate!!

Now ive just had the gloplugs replaced, fuel filter replaced and had fresh thinner engine oil replaced as if the oil gets to thick a sensor of some sort wont let the engine start as the oil is, well, to thick!

But the bloody thing doesnt start at all well, it will go eventually if ya lucky but its an utter nightmare. Been running perfect till about a week ago.
The garage its at are now scratching heads as to what it can be.

Any advise would be lovely!

Thanks, Justyn

How long ago did it get Injectors?

Earlier this year (I think) Izusu released a new recall on Injectors, to be brought to main dealers and injector codes read, if it was over/under a certain number they were to get changed (again!)

No worries - let us know how you get on.

Dont work on Troopers much anymore, but the oil Pickup pipe in the sump used to be sometimes at fault, along with oil pressure switch( there is a way to bypass it by cutting a wire onthe injector loom to give the ECU a reading of oil pressure).

Have a look around http://www.itocuk.co.uk/forums/index.php - good source of info.
