What the hell is "Dandism"?

I love reading Engrish, but hey, at least they try. I wouldn't even know where to start, which is a shame as my brother wants a Ganador exhaust for his MX-5 (provided he can find one that will fit), and it seems that in England at least there is nowhere for him to buy one.

What is Dandism? Ive no idea.
