My Yaris leaks.... Help!

Recently the spare wheel well in my Yaris has been filling up with water. I have made sure the bungs are tight and cannot think of anywhere else the water can be coming from. Also just noticed the offside rear light cluster is starting to fill with water too.
Any suggestions?

Thats where its coming in then.

May just be a perished / pinched rubber seal round the light unit, not sure how it works.

You could try a bead of colourless silicone round the lens unit to start with. If you are careful it won't be noticeable.
