So I'm running a Tribeca at present and it occured to me that a few upgrades may make it the car it could have been. Suspension upgrades, maybe a supercharger. Etc. I've seen Cobb tuning upgrade one in the states and it really seemed to work. Any thoughts out there?

Tribeca's are every bit as upgradeable as any other Suabru. They all share common drivetrains, engines and electronics. It's very mappable (i've already seen a couple of ROMS(ECU files) for this vehicle), and with supporting mods you should be able to get decent performance and handling.

Thanks. I thought as much too. Should make for quite a rare beast too I think.

Have a look here!! Its not my car but the company fitted the same spec unit to my car! But just do not look at the Mpg, I can not get above the 18s now!

Nice one Stevieb. Living proof that its doable. Despite the mpg I assume this has transformed the car - what's she like to drive now compared with the original?
I'm going to split the work in to phases

1. Sort out some existing niggles on the car
2. New arb, drop her, map, new filter
3. Colour code bumpers, change grill, maybe change wheels
4. Then look at some more serious stuff like supercharger, exhaust.

Will let you know how I get on.
