HI,

Looking to buy a 645 for long commute to work, have an e46 m3 and 360 spider however need something which is a bit more relaxing but still fun. Also want to take advantage of some sunshine during the summer months!

What's it like as a long distance car? Pretty relaxing or still hard work?

Also - much difference between logic 7 and standard sound system?

The 6 series is a great GT car and I have a very pleasurable 100 mile commute in mine every day. Logic 7 is night and day better than the standard system

Well done mate its a smashing car that attracts ALOT of attention especially if you have the right alloys biggrin !!!

Get ready for loads of positive comments when the hoods down !

I owned one of these for 2 years and my only maintainence cost was an oil service @ £120 at a main dealer. I've now changed the car to a 2008 LCI 650i coupe and thats even more a smashing car!

I'd reccomend a BMW warranty on this. I used to have a rolling contract @£75 a month with £0 excess. Well worth it as I had to have a new Logic 7 amp fitted which apparently would have cost me over £700. I sold the car after month 6 into the extended warranty and cancelled the policy so no extra cost to me.
