e39 wind noise - can't find it!

My 99 528 touring has some wind noise entering the cabin and I can't for the life of me find out where from. It sounds like its coming from around the rear passenger side when i'm driving but can't seem to locate it when sitting in the back.
All the window rubbers look OK and all windows seem to be fully up - any ideas?

Mate of mine had the seals at the bottom of the rear doors go. It was the soggy carpets that led him to it, rather than wind noise though. Nontheless, worth having a good poke around in that area as they were visually OK.

Check that all 4 jack pads are in place - if missing they can apparently lead to wind noise!
