535d ...whats it worth?

Im looking to buy an LCI 535d and have found two cars and was wanting some opinions on price as they are both with car dealers who are inviting me to 'offer my price'.....

Car 1:

07 Plate LCI 535d sport, 69k miles, carbon black with black leather and aluminium trim. Media pack, visibility pack, heated seats, USB etc, under BMW warranty, 19" spiders, FBMWSH

Car 2:

07 Plate LCI 535d sport, 33k miles, carbon black with beige leather and anthracite wood trim, sat nav, no bluetooth or xenons, 19" spiders, no warranty, but FBMWSH

What would be a realistic price for these cars?

What would be a realistic price for these cars?

Not sure about the second car, but last November I sold my June 07 LCI 535D M Sport with all the boxes ticked (aside from HUD) with 67,000 miles for £18600

The car had:

Comfort seats
Full media pack
19" wheels
Spoiler
Zenons
iPod interface
Comfort glass (or whatever it's called)
Sports Auto Transmission
Extra light package
Heated seats
BMW FSH

It was also sold with a warranty.

Would £18500 sound about right?
