Wind roar on drivers side window - Z4 Alpina

Z4 community members.....

Do I need new door/ roof seals. Drivers side door window is obvioously not fully sealing with the roof seals as I get wind roar from about 50 leptons onwards, becoming quite bad at 80 leptons (this was tested while on a Euro tour where they allow you to run at decent speeds!!)

A new window regulator has been fitted and it has been properly 'reset'.

Also.... is this a possible DIY job, or is this a stealer job?
