I'm very tempted to get one of the new 1 series coupe. I had a test drive on Friday and loved the car. I would be looking at the 120d MSport.

However, I can't really justify the cost of any options at the moment(Various reasons)

Are Bluetooth / USB / Cruise Control options that can be retro-fitted or fitted away from BMW?

I have a Bluetooth kit from my current car that I could put in, but would obviously prefer the BMW one.

Hi Tim,

Pretty certain all three can be retro-fitted but will be very expensive. I'm sure quotes of around £500 - £600 for cruise are typical. To get BMW Bluetooth you'll need to have the Professional stereo (which is an upgrade in itself anyway), as the standard Business unit only has a one line display. Someone at worked looked at this and the cost was going to be in four figures!

try babybmw.net, it's a site for just the 1 series and is reasonably active. Lots of info there.

Cheers.

Cheers Mabosh. Their site has some good upgrade ideas & the retro fit Bluetooth / USB / Cruise.

The upgrade to the business stereo seems much cheaper than that. They have a good section of how to's.
