I'm just in the process of finalising spec on a new touring, ideally i'd usually look at an ex demo but can't find one to close to my preferred spec, anybody got a clue as to how much discount I should be able to get from a main dealer?

thx

10pct is pretty much the max discount you can get from a dealer....without incentives from BMW UK. They need to be depserate for that though....end of Sep is end of quarter for bonuses etc for them so good time to be having some conversations with a mind to buying the car end of this month.

Thanks beardy10, I will place the order by end of the month but delivery looks like January , hopefully I'll get near to ten percent anyhow

January?.... Are there individual options involved? If not I'd say November delivery would be more than feasible

If you're getting carried away with the spec you should be able to get close to 10 per cent.....obviously a much higher profit margin in the car as a lot of the extra spec has huge margins on it.
