Some 1 coupe queries

Guys wonder if anybody can help, It looks like I shall be replacing my e46 m3 with a 123d coupe, the car I test drove at the dealers had 18" 215/245, the car I have seen privately has 17" and I think 205 all round.
Now the thing is I have a spare set of m3 rims and although I'm sure the rears won't fit I wondered whether 4 fronts would? They have a 47mm offset, anybody know what the offset on the 1 coupe is?

It is around the 50mm mark so should be fine, are they 8 or 8.5" fronts??

ET43-45 for 225 width
ET50-55 for 245-255 width

8" fronts which I guess would take 225 fronts and 245 rears (although I have some old 255s froom my M3 wonder if they would fit an 8"rim?)
