E38 7 series 4 pot calipers- what models/years had them ?

E38 7 series 4 pot calipers- what models/years did they come with them ? I have looked through REALOEM, random years/models, but have not found them at all, only the single pot calipers.

As far as I'm aware, only the 728's had them - which is more than a little counter-intuitive.

Fitted to all of these models,

34 11 1 163 758 is the part # for the right caliper.
