Seen a few of these whilst car shopping with a man? Is it normal after 6 to 8 years that the drivers door handle looks as it a dog has chewed it?

A shame really if so because carbon dash looks great

They go like that unfortunatly, i got a can of matt black spray paint and a pair of rubber gloves, sprayed my finger and rubbed it on my trim, made it 80% better, not perfect but better.
