Hi all

Asking on behalf of a friend here who has just bought an E9x 325d and fancies a remap.

Two questions, do they respond well to remaps and any recommendations in the London/Herts area?

I looked on the DMS website but they had no figures for the 325d, has anyone used DMS for the 325d remapping?

Thanks all

EFA wink

If it was my money, Simon would be top of the (very short) list.

I had mine done at DMS and it turned the car from very lazy to superb - especially in the higher gears. Mine was just over 220 bhp to start and 340 lbs - both up over 10% on claimed - after the map it was 292 bhp and 414 lbs - the torque going steeply up from 310 at 2100 rpm to over 400 at 2500 and staying above until 3500 before dropping off to 3200 at 4500. The difference is night and day. I love the car. I stayed while the next guy had his 335D measured after me and it pulled 306 to start - I didn't wait for the finish. I know a lot of people say the rolling roads can lie, but that gave me comfort that it is certainly around 270 on manufacturers figures, being 14 behind the 335 - and well above the 330. I have the print out in a GIF file and also put it into paint to copy but can't work out how to get it on here!

My car is an 08 325D SE - basic spec. I love it but have only done 5k since Aug 11 - and now have my sighs set on a V8 instead as the diesel is not needed - looking for CLS 55, M5 - or an M3 - can't make up my mind! Let me know if anyone fancies my car - not advertised it yet - is black, basic spec, 104k and very good condition bar the wheels which could do with a refurb

Hallo guys!! I own a BMW 325d 2007 so I’m pretty sure it has the older m57 engine. It has 197hp with an automatic gearbox. What do you guys think will be safe for this engine in terms of a stage 1/2 remap. I’m from Norway, so please excuse my poor Englishsmile
